Born in Portland, Oregon ... Daughter of Kathy and Doug ... Mother, Kathy, is a dental office manager ... Father, Doug, is a consultant ... Biggest athletic thrill to date is "having a .4 second difference between us and the first place boat at the regional championships, giving us a second place medal. Although my crew and I didn't get first it was a very intense race" ... Chose Oregon State because "I really enjoyed the people I met. The campus is beautiful and drew me in. Also, I know that OSU has many opportunities for me while I am here. There are so many different things that I can get involved in, however I am completely committed to the team.
