OSU Baseball Ticket Policies
Cancellation:
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, due to inclement weather, darkness, light failure, curfew, or unplayable field conditions no refunds will be issued. In the case of cancellation call 1-800-GOBEAVS, 541-737-4455 or visit osubeavers.com, for the most up to date information. Umbrellas are not permitted.
Postponements/ Rain Delays:
Every effort will be made to replay a rained-out or postponed game. If a game is postponed (i.e., due to inclement weather) you may use your ticket to attend the rescheduled game. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will be honored for the new date and time of the event. Customer Cancellations:
Once we receive payment the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason.
Duplicate Ticket policy:
For tickets lost or left at home, duplicates can be issued on game day. A full face value fee per ticket will be charged for each ticket duplicated. If the original unused tickets are mailed to: OSU Ticket Office, 103 Gill Coliseum, Corvallis OR 97331, one week past the event, only a $5 per ticket charge will be assessed. Stolen tickets must be reported in advance of game to the ticket office and a stolen property report filed with the police. The ticket office will then issue duplicates at no charge.

The Goss Stadium ticket booth opens 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. Gates open 2 hours prior.
