Have Benny Beaver appear at your event! Please submit all requests at least three weeks prior to event. Our mascot volunteers are OSU students and rental is dependent on class schedules. Request forms are available in Gill room 100
MAXIMUM 3 HOUR APPEARANCE
Donation requests are regulated by Oregon State Athletics Compliance staff in coordination with the Oregon State Ticket Office. Due to the department's policy, Oregon State Athletics can no longer donate any merchandise items to any organization. However, Oregon State Athletics may donate tickets (pending availability) if an organization meets certain requirements:

Mascot Costs

Share you special message on our video boards! All requests are due to the Marketing Department one week prior to the event run date. Payments are due 5 working days prior to event. Request forms are available in Gill room 100.

- The organization must be one of the following groups: non-profit, charitable, educational, or institutional
- The organization submits its request to the department four weeks before the tickets are needed for the event
- In compliance with NCAA rules and bylaws, the tickets are not to directly or indirectly benefit an individual of recruitable age (grades 9-12)
- The organization must be local to the area
- The tickets must be used by the intended organization and cannot be sold.
