Craig Robinson to Speak at Portland Beaver Huddle

CORVALLIS, Ore. Fans in the Portland area will have an opportunity to meet new Oregon State men’s basketball coach Craig Robinson as the first-year head coach will speak at the next Beaver Huddle meeting in Portland, Ore., at The Rose Room in the Rose Garden on Tuesday, May 13. Doors open at 11:15 a.m. and the program begins at 12:00 p.m.
The cost to attend is $17 with advance reservation prior to Friday, May 9, and $20 following May 9 and at the door. To make a reservation, please leave a message at the Reservations Hotline at 503-553-3444. Parking for the event will be free at the Rose Garden parking garage.
Robinson was introduced as Oregon State’s 20th head men’s basketball coach after two seasons at Brown, where he won more games (30) in his first two years than any other head coach in Brown basketball history.
The first-year Oregon State head coach led a turnaround for the Brown program, guiding the squad to a school-record 19 victories during his second season. Robinson also led the Bears to their fourth ever post-season tournament berth, competing in the inaugural College Basketball Invitational. Brown posted an 11-3 Ivy League mark, second best in school history and good for second place in the conference standings.

The OSU Ticket Office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and can be reached by calling 1-800-462-3287 (800 GO BEAVS). Cash, check or credit cards payments are accepted in person. All major credit cards, except American Express, are accepted via phone orders. By making a deposit, you will have priority seating after current season ticket holders and BASF donors. It's important to remember that a BASF donation for football also counts toward basketball priority.
