Masterson to Compete in USA Track and Field Junior National Meet
Columbus, Ohio – Freshman (Eugene, Ore.) will compete in the 1,500-meters at the 2008 USA Track and Field Junior National meet this weekend held at The Ohio State University.
Masterson will compete in the 1,500-meter finals on Sunday surpassing the prelims due to an abundance of scratches at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. The finals will be held on at 12:50 p.m PT.
“This is an exciting opportunity for Casey,” Oregon State head coach said. “She’s worked really hard and this is a pretty big deal.”
