Ingrid Skoog is the director of sports nutrition at
Skoog’s duties include assisting student-athletes in developing strategies for fueling peak performance, dealing with issues related to dysfunctional eating, assisting coaches in developing fueling plans for travel, body composition assessment, and how to improve returns from practice and training.
Skoog arrived at
Skoog, who is a member of many professional organizations, is a 1986 graduate of OSU with a bachelor’s degree in community nutrition and dietetics. She earned her master’s in exercise science from OSU in 1992 and participated in a dietetic internship at OHSU in 1994. In 2007 she became one of the countries first board certified specialists in sports dietitics through the American Dietitic Association.
