Barney Graff - Oregon State University Athletics

Barney Graff is in his 12^th year at Oregon State University, serving as the head athletic trainer. He began in 1997 in head coach Mike Riley’s first tenure at OSU.

He has been a part of the growth of the program that has featured the Beavers playing in seven bowl games. While at OSU he has also volunteered as the athletic trainer at three East-West Shrine Bowl Games and was a guest athletic trainer at the 2007 NFL Combine in Indianapolis.

Graff is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the College Athletic Trainer’s Society.

His professional experience also includes one year as the director of sports medicine at Kansas State University, four-plus years as an assistant athletic trainer at Syracuse University, and stints as the clinical athletic trainer at Onondaga Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in New York and as athletic trainer at Liverpool Central Schools in New York.

He and his wife Debra, an assistant trainer at OSU, are the parents of two sons – Mitchell and Jacob.
