Craig Robinson Joins OSU Coaches for This Year's Caravan

Corvallis, Ore. – New men's basketball head coach Craig Robinson joins the fun and relaxing atmosphere at this year’s Oregon State University Department of Athletics Beaver Caravan scheduled for May and June around the state.

The tour begins June 9 at the J. James Restaurant at Salem’s Pringle Park Plaza. Director of Athletics Bob De Carolis and many of the coaches and staff will be in attendance. The event starts with a 6 p.m. social, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Cost is $30.

The Caravan continues June 13 at the Eagle Point Golf Course north of Medford. De Carolis, head football coach Mike Riley and new men's basketball coach Craig Robinson and other staff will participate in the 11 a.m. shotgun start. Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. at the course. For those interested in playing in the tournament the fee is $160, which includes lunch, dinner, tee prize, range balls and cart. Dinner only is $30.

The Reserve Vineyard and Golf Club in Aloha is the site for the June 19 event. The 1:30 p.m. shotgun start is followed by dinner. Cost is $220 per person and includes lunch, dinner, tee prize, range balls and cart. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and is $40 for those that did not participate in the tournament. De Carolis, Riley and many other OSU coaches and staff will participate.

The Caravan concludes June 20 at the Embarcadero Resort in Newport for dinner. The 5 p.m. event begins with a social with dinner following at 6 p.m. Cost is $30. De Carolis and many of the coaches and staff will be in attendance.
