Viki Wohlers To Leave Oregon State
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Freshman Viki Wohlers will leave the Oregon State women’s basketball team to pursue a playing opportunity with another program, head coach LaVonda Wagner announced Monday.
“I want to wish Viki the best in her future endeavors and thank her for her time at Oregon State,” Wagner said.
Wohlers played in six games for Oregon State in 2007-08, and scored four points to go along with five rebounds and a blocked shot. The Wolfenbuettel, Germany, native, did not see action in a Pacific-10 Conference game.
The forward came to Oregon State from the Conserve School in Land ‘O Lakes, Wisc., prior to last season.
