2008: Patrick will see more playing time this season, particularly on special teams where he has been a standout...also will see action as a backup at cornerback to veterans Keenan Lewis and Brandon Hughes. 2007: Played in every game on special teams or as a reserve cornerback...made four tackles for the season. 2006: Played in all 14 games, primarily on the punt and punt return teams...two tackles against Eastern Washington,
McCLYMONDS: Patrick earned three letters during his prep career, playing running back, wide receiver and defensive back...as a senior he was named to the Oakland Tribune’s Cream of the Crop and NorCal second team...first team All-Oakland Athletic League defensive back and first team all-city...San Francisco Chronicle All-Bay Area team...team captain as a senior...also earned first team all-league as a sophomore and junior...honorable mention All-City as a junior...PrepStar Magazine All-Region team after making seven interceptions as a senior...in his first varsity game he made two interceptions and returned both for touchdowns...named the outstanding athlete at the Stanford Nike Combine.
PERSONAL: Born in Oakland, California...son of Patrick Henderson, Sr., and Felicia Wimberly...has three brothers and one sister...academic honor roll member at McClymonds as a senior...member of the school’s Leadership Class...selected OSU because of the “education, environment and a great place to play football”...majoring in liberal arts.
