Men's Golf Finishes Eighth At U.S. Intercollegiate
STANFORD, Calif. – The Oregon State men’s golf team finished in eighth place today at the U.S. Intercollegiate hosted by Stanford University. The tournament marked the end of the regular season. The Beavers recorded their best score of the tournament shooting a 285, the sixth-best round of the day. The team finished at 875, just four shots our of sixth place. “Overall, it was a good weekend; but, we still have a lot of work to do with our short game as we struggled around the green,” head coach said. finished tied for 17th for the Beavers and shot a 1-over 71 in the final round of play.
