Brandy Kosty joined the
Kosty, formerly Brandy Barratt, came to OSU as an NCAA champion, when she won as a player at

“I feel like my experience in the middle will lend itself to helping OSU’s middle hitters become even better players,” said Kosty. “I’m really looking forward to helping out the freshmen. I have a lot of experience with that level of athlete and I remember being lost my freshman year. I really think that I can help ease the transition for our incoming freshmen.”

Kosty earned first team All-Big West conference accolades in 1998 and 1999. As a prep star at Gonzaga Prep, Kosty earned Gatorade’s 1995 Washington State Player of the Year. Also in 1995, Kosty joined the USA Youth National Team to compete in
