LOYOLA: Four-year All-Serra League defensive end...played in the Nike Gridiron East-West All-Star Game as a starter...four-year all-league selection in track in the shot put.
PERSONAL: Born in Inglewood, California...son of Sione and Kenitisi Poteki...has two siblings...his uncle Hausia Fuahala played at Iowa (1993-94)...honor roll student at Loyola HS...chose OSU because “I wanted to compete against the best and I had a good feeling about the program”...majoring in business with the aspirations of becoming a real estate agent.
