2007: Curtis is the most experienced defensive tackle on the team and the returning starter on the right side...13 career starts...a physical player similar to former tackles in the program. 2006: Curtis started 13 of the 14 games...finished the year with 19 tackles, including two sacks and four total TFLs...two fumble recoveries (EWU & WSU)...recorded a sack vs. Arizona and Boise State...his sack against Arizona (Kris Heavner) occurred late in the game to help preserve a 17-10 OSU victory. 2005: Curtis played in all 11 games as a reserve...accounted for nine tackles, two for loss and a quarterback sack at DESERT PINES: First team All-Southern Nevada as a defensive lineman and offensive center...first team all-state on defense...helped the Jaguars to the 4A state title in 2002...did not play football until his sophomore year and went on to letter three years...had 60 tackles on defense as a senior...team captain as a junior and senior for head coach Leon Evans...also lettered twice in track in the shot put.
