2007: Naymon has played a number of positions on both lines, but may have found a home at defensive end...also may play tackle...expected to be a major contributor this season. 2006: Naymon made his first career start at
ROOSEVELT: A three-sport athlete at Roosevelt...on the field he started his senior year as a defensive end for head coach Lester Parrilla...PrepStar Magazine selected him to its all-region team after earning first team all-league honors...lettered two years in football, two in basketball and four in track...played center on the basketball team as a sophomore and junior...competed in the 200 and 400 meters and threw the discus in track.
PERSONAL: Born in Oakland, California...son of Eli Frank and Joyce Jackson...Eli is a graphic designer...has one brother, Luqemon, and two sisters, Nina and Miya...enjoys hunting, diving and cars...chose OSU because “I enjoy the small town atmosphere and loved the football program. I felt like it was a great place to go to school”...majoring in sociology with a minor in Japanese and is on track to graduate in December.
