PERSONAL: Born in Culver City, California...he and his wife Elaine have a son, Maika...William is the son of Maika and the late Akofi Vea...has two sisters, Rhonda and Jane, and one brother, Filipe...served a two-year LDS Mission to the Dominican Republic before attending L.A. Harbor College...graduated from high school in 1998 and did not attend a school for two years while working for FedEx...the oldest player in the Pac-10 at 26...fluent in Spanish...majoring in construction engineering management and is on track to graduate in June.
