No. 19 Women's Rowing to Host Conference Opponents This Weekend

“This is our last opportunity to race conference opponents before the Pac-10 Championships," said head coach Emily Ford. "It’s a nice opportunity to get some more kinks out. We’ve reverted back to the drawing board this week to remind ourselves of the importance of sticking with our plan and our method to allow our training to shine on race day.”
Races will feature the Varsity 8+, Second Varsity 8+, Novice 8+, Varsity 4+ and Second Novice 8+. Competition begins at 9:10 a.m. with the N8+ taking the course first for the Beavers.

The teams will be racing on Dexter Lake’s 2,000 meter course that begins at the covered bridge on the east side of the lake running down two full buoyed lines northwest towards the OAR boathouse for the finish line.
