OREGON STATE
CAREER: A four-year starter who ended his career fourth all-time at OSU in blocked shots (97), as well as tied for fourth in games played (120), fifth in games started (96) and ninth in blocked shots per game (0.81) ... His 97 career blocked shots were the most of any active Pac-10 player at the conclusion of his senior season.
2006-07: Played in all 32 games and was the starting center in 30 of them ... Had a fully healthy season perhaps for the first time ... Averaged 6.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.0 blocked shots in 25.0 minutes, all career bests ... Led the team in rebounding for the first time and ranked 13th in the Pac-10 ... In Pac-10 games only, led the conference with a 58.1% field goal percentage ... Shot 55.2% overall, but didn’t have quite enough made field goals to appear in the Pac-10 stats ... Led the university’s "Operation Santa" effort at the end of 2006, which provided gifts to troops stationed overseas (the group sent 57 boxes weighing more than 1,900 pounds to U.S. Marines in Iraq) ...
