Spring Practice Report (Day 10) -- A Comedy Act

Several players were testing shoulder pads for Riddell, that according to equipment coordinator Arnold Alcantar are lighter and form a better fit than some of the company’s other models. The word is that Nike may back in town Friday with some new gear to test.
On the field, the Beaver receivers made some nice catches today in the “team” drills, including juggling grabs by and . also made his usual number of catches which prompted one starting defensive player to comment -- “Aaron is so smooth and polished, and he has good hands.”
While the receivers made some good catches, the Beaver defense was right there to show their force.
