Women's College World Series Resumes After Lightning Delay

Oklahoma City, OK - University of Arizona holds a 2-1 lead over Oregon State in the bottom of the fifth inning of Thursday's Women's College World Series. The game has resumed after a 1-hour and 35 minute lightning/rain delay.
The Wildcats used three straight two-out singles to score a pair of runs in the bottom of the third inning. The Beavers got on the scoreboard in the top of the fifth when pitcher hit her 9th home run of the season. OSU is 8-0 on the year in games that McGowan has homered.
