Softball Ranked No. 5 In Latest USA Today/NFCA Top 25 Poll
Oregon State (37-8; 9-5 Pac-10) heads into the final home weekend of the regular season with a 3 p.m. game Friday against No. 17 University of Washington, followed by games on Saturday and Sunday against top-ranked UCLA.
The Beavers have won seven of their last eight games and are in second place in the Pacific-10 Conference standings (UCLA holds a 2.5-game lead).
Saturday’s 1 p.m. game against UCLA will be Alumni Day at the OSU Softball Complex. Among the attendees, will be four members of the record-setting class of 2003 – Steph Adams, Clare Burnum, Brynnen Guthrie, and Shelly Prochaska.
