OSU Softball Regional Games Live on Radio - Oregon State University Athletics

Oregon State's NCAA Softball Regional games will be carried live on radio in the greater Corvallis area on KTHH 990 AM (Clear Channel) it was announced today by Beaver Sports Properties, the exclusive sports marketing/media arm of Oregon State Athletics.

The OSU-Nevada game on Friday, May 19 at the OSU Softball Complex will begin at 4 p.m., with a pre game broadcast starting at approx. 3:45 p.m. The games will also be available live on through Beaver Nation Online and Yahoo! Sports which will offer live and archived radio feed of the game. Beaver Sports Network broadcasters Jon Warren and Todd Mansfield will call the action.

Tournament action runs from Friday, May 19 through Sunday, May 21.Tournament format is double elimination with the winner of each regional advancing to the Super Regional - a best of two out of three game series. The eight Super Regional winners advance to the 2006 Women's College World Series.

All-session passes are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 1-800-GO-BEAVS or by visiting the Gill Coliseum Ticket Office. Single-game tickets will only be sold at the OSU Softball Complex the day of the game.
