OSU Women to Row at Covered Bridge Regatta

Oregon State Women's Rowing 2nd Novice 8 and Novice 4 race this Saturday at the Covered Bridge Regatta at Dexter Reservoir near Eugene. The OSU novices will face teams from the University of Oregon, Portland State University, University of Portland and Evergreen State College.
"We're looking forward to the Covered Bridge Regatta as an opportunity for the novices to go up against our in-state rivals," said freshman coach Annie Kakela.
The race gives OSU's 2nd Novice 8 a chance to avenge last weekend's loss against Oregon's 1st Novice 8 at the Northwest Regional Championship Regatta. Also racing at Covered Bridge will be the OSU Men's Rowing 2nd Novice Fours.
The varsity team and 1st Novice eight do not race this weekend, but will continue to prepare for their April 16th and 17th duals against Virginia and Duke.
