No. 17 Softball Has Double-Header At Saint Mary's Canceled Due To Rain
March 22, 2005
MORAGA, Calif. - Due to heavy rain over the past week and poor field conditions, Tuesday's softball double-header between No. 17 ranked Oregon State and Saint Mary's College has been canceled.
The Beavers (17-6) have now had 10 games on their schedule rained out.
Oregon State returns to action on Wednesday with a double-header at Cal Poly. First pitch is scheduled for 12 p.m. The Beavers enter the game riding an 11-game winning streak - the longest current winning streak in the Pac-10. The school record for consecutive wins is 12, set in the 2002 and 1999 seasons.
