Lucio Named To Pac-10 Academic Second Team

Oregon State women's golfer Alex Lucio was named to the Pacific-10 Conference academic second team, it was announced Friday by Commissioner Tom Hansen.
Lucio, a junior, owns a 3.72 grade-point average as a Business major. The Bogota, Colombia, native averaged 80.8 strokes over 26 rounds of action this year. She was an honorable mention all-academic pick last year as a sophomore.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be a starter or significant contributor.
