Softball Leads No. 2 UCLA, 2-0, In Rained Out Contest

LOS ANGELES - The No. 2 ranked UCLA and Oregon State softball squads started the first night game in the history of Easton Stadium on Saturday, but the game was halted in the bottom of the second inning due to rain. The Beavers lead the Bruins by a 2-0 margin, capitalizing on five UCLA errors in the opening two innings.
The game will be resumed at 11 am on Sunday, prior to the regularly scheduled game between the Bruins at Beavers at 1 pm.
UCLA has two runners on base with no-outs in the second inning.
