SCHEDULE: The Beavers travel to Camden, New Jersey to the Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta on the Cooper River. Crews will race Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, May 30-June 1.
OSU's racing schedule for Thursday is as follows:
7:48am Varsity Eight, Heat #2 8:48am Freshman Eight, Heat #3 11:24am JV Eight, Heat #3RANK COMMENTS: Of the 12 schools that the Beaver crews will face in their first preliminary heats, nine are ranked in the Top 25. The varsity eight will face No. 4 Wisconsin, No. 7 Cornell, No. 10 Dartmouth, No. 15 Temple, and No. 23 Columbia.
The OSU JV eight is the highest-ranked crew in its heat, lining up against No. 14 Brown and No. 17 Marist, as well as unranked Purdue and George Washington. OSU's freshman eight will face Wisconsin, No. 5 Princeton, Dartmouth, No. 20 Syracuse, and unranked Drexel.
