OSU Names Jackson, Suratt Academic Athletes Of The Week

The crew member and gymnast shine in the classroom as well as on the field of play.

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Andrew Jackson, a senior crew athlete, and sophomore gymnast Megan Suratt were named Oregon State's academic student-athletes of the week for April 9-15, it was announced Thursday.

Jackson is from Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis and has a 3.47 GPA in computer engineering. He rows in the Varsity 8 boat.

Suratt has a 3.92 GPA in exercise & sport science. Suratt competes in bars and beam.
