Olsson named to NGCA All-Scholar Team

CORVALLIS, Ore. - - Oregon State golfer Carina Olsson was named to the National Golf Coaches Association All-Scholar Team. Olsson, a redshirt junior from Sweden, holds a 3.92 GPA in Engineering and led OSU in scoring average with a 77.6. The junior had OSU's highest individual finish this season when she tied for seventh at the Peg Barnard Collegiate in April, while totaling five top-26 finishes. Olsson was also named a NGCA scholar-athlete after her sophomore season in 1997-98.
