Didrickson was a four-year letterman at UW, playing for then assistant coach Ritchie McKay. He earned 1994 Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic honors and went on to earn a degree in history.
"Coach Didrickson has a wealth of knowledge about the game, and he is without question a bright and up and coming coach," McKay stated.
