OSU men fall in season-finale

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Oregon State held down third-ranked UCLAs offense Sunday afternoon but the Beavers couldnt get a goal of their own as the Beavers suffered a 1-0 loss in Moutain Pacific Sports Federation mens soccer. The game wrapped up the season for OSU (7-10-1 overall, 3-6-0 MPSF).
UCLA (16-3-0, 7-2-0), the defending national champion, scored the games only goal in the 35th minute when Seth George scored off an assist by McKinley Tennyson Jr. Tennyson missed a shot, and George got to the rebound and knocked it past Beaver goalkeeper Colin McMillen.
The Beavers were outshot 13-7 for the game, with Greg Howes getting off four the OSUs shots. McMillen finished with five saves in his final collegiate game.
