TICKETS: A pair of 3-Pack plans are still available (Plan #1-Baylor, Arizona and Oregon; Plan #2-Arizona, UCLA and Oregon) at $72.00. Reserve seat tickets are priced at $22.00. General admission tickets are priced at $15.00, and are located in the East grandstand and both end zones. In addition, Bi-Mart stores in Oregon have coupons (one ticket per coupon) that can be redeemed at Parker Stadium for 1/2 off the price of a general admission ticket. OSU RADIO NETWORK: The OSU football radio network numbers 22 stations for the 1998 season. The pregame show will now start two hours prior to kickoff over KLOO (1340 AM) in Corvallis and will feature Darrell Aune, Bob Grim and KLOO's Radio Ray and Nate Lundy. The entire network pregame show will start one half hour prior to kickoff. Aune and Grim, and KEXs Michael Convery, will all participate in a postgame show from the OSU locker room each week. OSU TO TELEVISE LIVE THE ASU AND USC GAMES: Oregon State's games at USC on Sept. 19 and at Arizona State on Sept. 26 will be televised live in the State of Oregon and will be produced jointly by Fox Sports Northwest and the OSU Athletic Department. Scott Lynn and Steve Preece will be calling the action and both games will also be shown on a delayed basis on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. over Fox Sports Northwest. Air time for the live telecasts will be 7:00 p.m. PDT.
OSU ON DELAYED TELEVISION: All 11 of Oregon State's games will be televised on a delayed basis over the Fox Sports Northwest cable network. The OSU-Baylor game will be replayed at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Scott Lynn (play-by-play) and Steve Preece (color) will be the air talent.
BEAVER HOTLINE: Oregon State's Beaver Hotline service will start on Monday, September 7. OSU Director of Broadcasting, Darrell Aune, will run highlights of the previous Saturdays game each week and will run the entire week. The new update will be available by 12 noon each Monday.
MEDIA LUNCHEON: The OSU football media luncheon will be held on Tuesday, starting at 11:30 a.m. A reminder to media, for interview purposes, you need to let Hal Cowan know before 5 p.m. on Monday for player requests for the Tuesday luncheons.
RILEY RADIO TALK SHOW: The Mike Riley radio talk show originates in Corvallis during the season over KLOO (1340 AM) from 7 to 8 p.m. each Thursday during the season, with Nate Lundy, KLOO sports director, serving as host. The Riley talk show will air live from the Pavilion Restaurant in Corvallis.
BEAVER HUDDLE/BEAVER CLUB MEETING SCHEDULES: The following is this years schedule for Albany, Corvallis, Eugene, Portland, Salem and Woodburn chapters of Beaver Huddle or Beaver Club meeting schedules. Albany Beaver Club meets at 7:00 a.m. on selected Thursdays at Springhill Country Club. The next Albany meeting will be on September. 24, with additional meetings on October 15; November 5 and Nov. 19. Corvallis meets every Monday noon at the Valley Football Center, but will not meet on Labor Day, Sept. 7. The Lane County Beaver Club chapter meets on the second Monday of each Month at 11:45 a.m. at the Oregon Electric Station. The first meeting is Sept. 14 with Coach Riley speaking. Portland Beaver Club meets every Monday noon at the Multnomah Athletic Club (except Labor Day). Mike Riley will appear on the following dates in Portland--Sept. 28; Oct. 26 and Nov. 16. Salem Beaver Huddle meets every Wednesday noon at the Salem Golf Club. The Woodburn chapter of Beaver Club meets at 6:00 p.m. at Yun Wah Restaurant on Sept. 23, Oct. 21 and Nov. 18.

BEAVER GAME DAY PROMOTIONS
FAN FAIR 1998: Oregon State unveils its Fan Fair 1998 at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, which is open to fans of all ages. Activity tickets are priced at $1 each or 6 for $5. Here is a sample of what will be available on Saturday: Marriott Food Court; Resers Passing Contest*; Coca-Cola Kicking Game*; Face Painter*; Race Car Alley*; Pizza Hut Basketball Shoot* and Dunk Tank*. There will also be a Beaver Den sports grill and hospitality tent, which is open to the public. OSU radio play-by-play announcer Darrell Aune will start his pregame radio show from the Fan Fair 1998 area at 11:00 a.m. The Game Day Activity Booth will feature the Corvallis Police Department and K-9 unit and parents can sign up to get their kids fingerprinted. *Indicates activity ticket required.
ALUMNI ACTIVITIES: The OSU Alumni Association will hold home football Tailgaters at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center, which is open to the public, starting at two hours prior to kickoff. The Alumni Tailgaters will feature a buffet style lunch in the main ballroom and courtyard patio area, priced at $6.50. Beverages are available for purchase. The Alumni Tailgaters will also feature live music, OSU cheerleaders and Benny Beaver, entertainment, OSU merchandise for purchase and big-screen cable sports broadcasts. The Alumni center also opens once again at halftime and stays open for postgame activities, including Coach Mike Rileys postgame radio show. The Alumni Tailgatger also has food and beverages available for postgame activities.
