Men's Golf Finishes 12th at SW Intercollegiate

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - The Oregon State men's golf team shot a final round 310 and finished 12th at the Cleveland Golf Southwestern Intercollegiate, held at the North Ranch Country Club. The Beavers concluded the tournament with a 54-hole total of 924.
Oregon State was led by Salem's Eric Fiskum. Fiskum shot rounds of 74, 77 and 74 for a 225 total. He finished tied for 22nd with four other players.
Freshman Paul Casey of Arizona State won the individual title by three shots at 4-under-par 209. Casey shot a final round 5-under 66. The Sun Devils easily won the team title firing 862, 23 shots better than second place USC.
Other Oregon State scores include Justin Johnson tied for 44th at 232; Chris Janson tied for 51st at 235; Anthony Arvidson tied for 57th at 237; and David Crowell was 63rd at 241.
The Beavers return to action April 12-13 at the U.S. Intercollegiate in Stanford, Cal.
