Corvallis, Ore. - Jeremiah Dodrill of Bandon and Josiah Lake of Salem have been added to the Oregon State University mens basketball roster, Head Coach Eddie Payne announced Thursday. The two walk-ons bring the roster total to 12 for the 1998-99 season, of which 10 are scholarship student-athletes.
Dodrill, a 66" sophomore forward, earned one letter and started one year at Bandon High School on the Southern Oregon Coast. He averaged 10 points and seven rebounds. He also lettered two years in golf.
Lake comes to Oregon State from Clackamas Community College. The 61" junior guard played one year at Clackamas for Head Coach Royce Kiser. He was selected to the leagues all-freshmen team after averaging 15 points and seven rebounds. He lettered and started one year at McKay High School. Lake was a teammate of current Beaver freshman Adam Masten, when Masten attended McKay for one year with his father Steve Masten as Head Coach.
