Softball Moves up to No. 12 in Latest Poll

The Oregon State softball team is ranked No. 12 in the March 10 edition of the USA Today/NFCA Top 25 poll.
The Beavers (21-4), who were ranked 19th last week, jumped up to No. 12 after defeating No. 3 Fresno State and then-No. 6 DePaul last week.
The No. 12 ranking ties the program's highest ranking; the Beavers were ranked 12th for one week last season.
OSU does not play this week. The Beavers return to action March 18-21 at the Kia Klassic in Fullerton, Calif. OSU will play at least three Top 25 teams - No. 3 Fresno State, No. 8 Southwestern Louisiana and No. 11 Texas. A total of nine ranked teams are in the 16-team tournament.
