2026 Gymnastics Club Ticket Request
Bring your gymnastics club out to an Oregon State Gymnastics meet this season for FREE. Complimentary admission will only be provided to coaches and athletes in the General Admission sections of Gill Coliseum.
This form must be filled out completely. You may register for as many meets as you like. *Please fill out this form no later than 7-10 business days prior to the meet you would like to attend. For questions, email hannah.washabaugh@oregonstate.edu.

13.7.3.5 Visit Unrelated to Recruitment. The limitations on providing entertainment to a prospective student-athlete shall not extend to a visit to the institution's campus for a purpose having nothing whatsoever to do with the prospective student-athlete's athletics recruitment by the institution (e.g., band trip, fraternity weekend, athletics team's attendance at a sporting event with the high school coach). The institution's athletics department or representatives of its athletics interests may not be involved in any way with the arrangements for the visit, other than the institution providing (in accordance with established policy) free admissions to an athletics event on a group basis, rather than personally to the prospective student-athlete. 13.7.1.1 Sports Other Than Baseball, Basketball, Football, Men's Ice Hockey, Lacrosse and Softball. In sports other than baseball, basketball, football, men's ice hockey, lacrosse and softball, an unofficial visit with athletics department involvement (e.g., contact with athletics department staff, athletics-specific tour, complimentary admission) shall not occur with an individual (or the individual's family members) before August 1 at the beginning of the individual's junior year in high school. Complimentary tickets are for coaches and athletes ONLY. Guests of coaches and athletes may purchase discounted tickets for $5 each using a ticket link that will be sent out the week of the meet that tickets were requested for.
