Oregon State Men’s Golf Concludes Play At The Prestige At PGA West

LA QUINTA, Calif. – Rylan Johnson shot a 4-over 75 to lead the Oregon State men's golf team in the final day of action Wednesday at The Prestige, held at the par-71 Greg Norman Course at PGA West.
Johnson finished with a pair of birdies, at the par-4 fourth hole and par-5 12th. That was his second-best round of the three-day event, following a 2-over 73 on Monday. He ended the tournament tied for 64th with a 13-over 226.
The overall team leader for the Beavers, who finished 20th as a team, was Jackson Lake, who posted a 12-over 225 over 54 holes. He had seven birdies, just behind Johnson's team-leading eight, and finished tied for 60th.
Mateo Fuenmayor shot a 15-over 228 over the three days, also recording seven birdies, with two coming on Wednesday. Fuenmayor finished the tournament tied for 78th.
He was followed by Carson Barry, who tied for 101st with a 20-over 233. Collin Hodgkinson shot a 24-over 237 over 54 holes to finish in a tie for 112th.
The Beavers are back in action March 12-14 when competing in the Bandon Dunes Collegiate.
