Beavers To Open Spring Season In California

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State women's golf team will open its spring season at the Bruin Wave Invitational, which will be held Monday and Tuesday in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
The Beavers are ranked No. 31 nationally by Golfweek and No. 35 nationally by Golfstat.com.
FIELD (12): Oregon State, Cal Poly, CSUN, Northwestern, Oregon, Pepperdine, San Diego State, San Francisco, UCLA, USC, Washington, Washington State.
COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,103-yard San Luis Obispo Country Club.
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State will go with a lineup of seniors Mari Nishiura and Nicole Schroeder, junior Ellie Slama, and freshmen Chayse Gomez and Issy Taylor.
FORMAT: Two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
TEE TIMES: There will be tee times off the first and 10th holes beginning at 7:15 a.m. on Monday and 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament at golfstat.com.
