Beavers Set For Saturday Clash With Trojans

THE GAME: Oregon State (16-9, 8-5 Pac-12) goes for the season sweep of USC (15-12, 8-6 Pac-12) when the teams meet at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Stephen Thompson Jr. scored a career-high 34 points and tied a career best with 10 rebounds. Ethan Thompson had 13 points and Gligorije Rakocevic added 10 off the bench. Tres Tinkle missed the game with a left ankle injury. Bennie Boatwright led USC with 37 points.

- Be the first time Oregon State won four conference road games in a season since 1992-93.
- Be the third time in five seasons under Wayne Tinkle that Oregon State has won at least 17 games; the Beavers won 17-plus games three times in the 24 seasons before Tinkle became the head coach.
