CORVALLIS – Oregon State men's soccer standouts Don Tchilao and Hassani Dotson have been invited to the Major League Soccer Player Combine, the MLS announced on Thursday.
Â
Sixty players from universities in the United States and Canada were invited to the Combine, scheduled to take place from Jan. 3-9 at Orlando City Stadium in Orlando, Fla. Prospective selections in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft will have an opportunity to play scrimmages for scouts of all MLS teams, as well as go through various tests and speak to interested teams ahead of the SuperDraft, which will be held on Jan. 11.
Â
Tchilao was a Pac-12 First Team honoree, after leading the team with nine assists on the year. The senior also scored seven goals to finish the year tied for second in the conference with 23 points. A two-time Pac-12 Player of the Week and one-time College Soccer News National Player of the Week selection this season, Tchilao's year was highlighted by a game-winning overtime goal vs. UCLA.

The senior was a Pac-12 Second Team honoree, and earned conference Player of the Week recognition once this season. Dotson also found the net against UCLA, scoring the third goal in OSU's 4-3 win.
Â
As a team, Oregon State finished the season with a record of 11-6-3, and made the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in program history. The Beavers ended the Pac-12 season second in the conference with a mark of 6-3-1, and head coach Terry Boss was named Pac-12 Coach of the Year in his first campaign as the program's skipper.
