
Beavers Announce Spring Schedule

CORVALLIS – The Oregon State men's soccer team and head coach Steve Simmons have announced the schedule for their 2016 spring season. The Beavers will play games on six different dates, including three games in Corvallis.
The slate will feature a pair of Major League Soccer foes, the Beavers go head-to-head with Vancouver Whitecaps and Portland Timbers. Oregon State will take on the Whitecaps on March 19; details for the Timbers' game have yet to be determined. The Beavers will follow up their trip to Canada with their annual Alumni Game on April 9 on the Oregon State campus.
The Beavers will head to Vancouver, Wash. for the Northwest Cup on April 16, a competition that includes Washington, Gonzaga and Portland. That trip will be followed by a pair of home games, as Oregon State plays Vancouver Victory and Lane United on April 23 and 30, respectively.
