TRACK AND FIELD 2013 Outdoors: Competed unattached all season ... Made her collegiate debut at the John Knight Twilight on April 12, finishing fourth overall in the 1,500 with a time of 4:46.07 ... PR'd in the 1,500 at the Oregon Twilight on May 3 when she came in 11th (4:36.33) ... Backed that up with an eighth-place finish (4:36.61) at the West Coast Invitational in her final appearance of the season (May 11) ... Ran her first sub 4:40 1,500 at the Oregon Relays on April 19 when she posted a time of 4:39.35 ... Competed once in the 800 at the OSU High Performance Meet and ran 2:15.35 to finish fourth (April 26) ... 1,500 PR was Oregon State's eighth-best performance of the season and 800 PR was second on the Beavers' 2013 Performance List. CROSS COUNTRY 2012: Ran unattached in the first race of the season at the Pier Park Invitational, finishing 30th on the 5,000-meter course with a time of 19:13.8 ... Ran 18:40.82 at the Charles Bowles Invitational on Sept. 29, good enough for 18th place ... Wrapped up her season after posting 23:23.2 in the Women's Black Unseeded 6K at NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 13 (141st).
SILVERTON HS: Ran four years of track and field for head coach Erik Cross ... Set school records in the 3,000 meters (10:05) and 1,500 meters (4:37) ... Also a part of the school record-setting 4X400 relay team ... Personal records also include 2:15 in the 800m, 60.8 in the 400m and 29.0 in the 200m ... Competed in cross country for coaches Paul Benz and Erik Cross ... Set the school record in the 5K with a time of 18:27 ... Named First Team All-Mid-Willamette Conference, First Team All-State, team MVP in both track and cross country, Most Outstanding Girls Track and Most Outstanding Freshman ...
