Starks also moved into a tie for fourth on Oregon State's single-season list and tie for second on the school's junior list with 60 made three-point field goals to pass Charles McKinney (59 in 1991-92) and equal Tanner (60 in 1999-00).
Eric Moreland has 241 rebounds this season to move him into sole sixth on Oregon State's sophomore list and pass A.C. Green who grabbed 235 boards in 1982-83.
Roberto Nelson went 11-for-13 from the free throw line. It's the third time this season he has made 10 or more from the stripe in a game.
Nelson has scored in double figures in 20 of his last 21 games.
Nelson tied a career high with 16 field goal attempts. He also took 16 shots at California on Jan. 31, 2013.
Challe Barton equaled a career high with six field goal attempts to match the total he took against Utah on Feb. 6, 2013.
Oregon State shot a season-low 33.9 percent (19-56) from the field, with its previous low being 34.8 percent (23-66) against Towson on Dec. 29. The Beavers are now 0-4 this season when shooting less than 40 percent from the field.
Washington shot 50.0 percent (27-54) from the field. It's just the third time this season an Oregon State opponent has shot 50 percent or better, as Kansas shot 60.0 percent (33-55) in an 84-78 loss on Nov. 30 and Portland State shot 55.9 percent (33-59) in a 79-74 win on Dec. 12.
The Beavers matched their season low with one steal to equal their total at Stanford on Feb. 3.
