Team 1970-71 Volleyball "Elite Eight"

Following an incredible run to the “Sweet 16” the season before, the 1970-71 team advanced to the “Elite 8” and in the process won 12 of its final 14 matches sweeping New Mexico, Lamar, Wooster, Kansas and Central Oklahoma in the national tournament.
The team compiled a 22-6 record.
