Jermar Jefferson was a two-time All-American during his Oregon State career. He was selected as a fourth-team All-American by Phil Steele in 2020 after rushing for 858 yard and seven touchdowns in six games, five of which he ran for 100 or more yards. He was named a First-Team Freshman All-American by The Athletic, 247Sports, ESPN, the FWAA and USA Today after one of the top rushing campaigns in Oregon State history in 2018. The Harbor City, Calif., native finished with seven 100-yard games, including two of 200 or more yards. Most notably, he finished with a 254-yard outing at Arizona State that stands as the second-best single-game total in OSU history. Jefferson broke the Oregon State single-season rushing record with 1,380 yards and finished ninth nationally (first among freshmen). He became the first player in school history to record two four-score games, doing so against Southern Utah and Washington State.
