Terrence Carroll

Terrence Carroll is one of the top safeties in the program’s history and earned Sporting News Freshman All-America honors in 1997 as a redshirt. He started all 11 games for first-year head coach Mike Riley, making 63 tackles, two interceptions and blocking two kicks. He would go on to be a catalyst for the program that ended a 28-year losing streak and he went on to help the team win the 2001 Fiesta Bowl title as a senior. For his career he made 255 tackles and nine interceptions.
