Buck Grayson

Known for being a left-handed sharpshooter, Buck Grayson helped lead Oregon State to a 45-30 record and winning seasons in each of his three years. His first season in 1928-29 coincided with Slats Gill’s first season as head coach.
The Portland, Ore., native, who attended Jefferson High School, scored 18 points in a game against Stanford in 1930, the most by any player that season.
He was inducted into the State of Oregon Hall of Fame in 1930.
