
Baxter Call Named to Pac-12 All-Conference Team

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Oregon State senior rower Baxter Call received Pac-12 All-Conference First Team when conference awards were announced Thursday.
Call, who studies environmental engineering, has been a key contributor to the Beavers' Varsity 8 crew the last two seasons. Two weekends ago, the Vashon Island, Wash. native helped OSU to a fourth place finish at Pac-12 Championships earning a berth at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships next week at West Windsor, N.J.
It is the first all-conference award of Call's career. He is also a two-time Pac-12 All-Academic First Team selection.
