12 TV Matches Highlight OSU's 2016 Slate

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Twelve Oregon State volleyball matches will air on the Pac-12 Network to highlight the Beavers' 2016 schedule, which was announced on Monday.

Oregon State will play 13 matches at Gill Coliseum, with the season opener slated for August 26 against Utah State in Corvallis. The Aggies are part of a four-team tournament at Gill, with Portland and Seattle also visiting.

The Beavers' first Pac-12 Network match comes Sept. 22 at Oregon in the Civil War, which will be followed by the team's Pac-12 home opener against Stanford, which will also be broadcast live.

Oregon State's other televised home matches include Oct. 7 versus Washington State, Oct. 9 against Washington, Oct. 14 against UCLA and Oct. 16 when taking on USC. The Beavers will close out the regular season Nov. 25 against Oregon at Gill Coliseum in a match that starts at 7 p.m. on the Pac-12 Network.

Televised matches on the road include Arizona (Sept. 30), Arizona State (Oct. 2), Colorado (Oct. 21), UCLA (Nov. 16) and USC (Nov. 18).

The Beavers make their first trip of the season Sept. 2 and 3 when taking on Syracuse and Nebraska in Lincoln. From there, OSU will visit Stockton, Calif., to play South Dakota, Northern Colorado and Pacific.

The team's last non-conference road trip is scheduled for Sept. 15 and 16 in Moscow, Idaho. The Beavers will compete against Tennessee Tech, Wyoming and host Idaho.

Other non-televised matches for the Beavers at home include Arizona State (Oct. 28), Arizona (Oct. 30), Utah (Nov. 10) and Colorado (Nov. 12).

Non-televised road matches in Pac-12 play are at Utah (Oct. 22), Washington State (Nov. 4), Washington (Nov. 6) and California (Nov. 23).
