Beavers Through 36 Holes At Pac-12 Championship

SEATTLE, Wash. – The Oregon State women's golf team is through 36 holes at the Pac-12 Championship.

The Beavers shot a 16-over 304 at the par-72, 5,981-yard Broadmoor Golf Club on Monday after opening with a 14-over 302 to put them in 11th place with a 30-over 606.
Â
UCLA (3-under 573) holds a six-stroke lead over USC (3-over 579) for the team title. Bruin teammates Patty Tavatanakit and Lilia Vu share the individual lead with a 6-under 138.

The final round of the three-day, 54-hole tournament begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday with tee times off No. 1 and No. 10. Live scoring is available at golfstat.com.

Freshman Ellie Slama shot a 4-over 41 going out on Monday but bounced back with a 1-under 34 coming in to card a 3-over 75. She's tied for 20th place overall with a 4-over 73-75--148.

Senior Susie Cavanagh had Oregon State's best round of the day, a 2-over 74, which included an eagle on the par-5, 443-yard first hole. She moved six spots up the leaderboard into a tie for 31st place with a 7-over 77-74--151.

Sophomore Nicole Schroeder is tied for 36th place with an 8-over 74-78--152, junior Olivia Benzin is tied for 44th with an 11-over 78-77--155 and freshman Amanda Minni sits in 53rd place with a 15-over 79-80--159.

Television coverage of the Pac-12 Championship will air in a tape-delayed, 30-minute special debuting on Saturday, May 5 at 10 a.m. on Pac-12 Network, Arizona, Los Angeles, Oregon and Washington.
